Temba Tsheri Sherpa ( Managing Director ) Temba Tsheri Sherpa set the world record as the youngest person to ever reach the summit of Mount Everest when he ascended the highest peak in the world on May 23, 2001. Born on May 9, 1985 as the second child to Chhawwa Sherpa and Lakpa Diki Sherpa in a remote village (Tasinam Village of Gaurishankar VDC) of Dolakha district, he became a world celebrity, when the news of his conquest traveled around the globe.Born to a middle class family, he had decided to follow the footsteps of his ancestors when he was just a school boy. Despite losing five of his finger (three on right, and two on left) while attempting a climb atop Mount Everest from the South col (Nepal) a year earlier, he did not give up. That only motivated him further to exude courage and endurance, and finally at a tender age of 16, he was able to reach on the Top of the World.Sherpa is now the Founder and Managing Director of Sherpa Khangri Outdoor, a trekking and expedition agency based in Panipokhari, Kathmandu. Sherpa who completed his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wuhan university of China, is a professional climber and promoter of tourism business. He is currently in the mission of climbing the Seven Summits (the highest peak in each continent) and has already scaled the Kilimanjaro (Africa), Elbrus (Europe) and Denali (North America). He is presently engaged in efforts aimed at combating impact of climate change and global warming. Sherpa and his organization is building a reputation in the tourism industry for making successful arrangements for expeditions to peaks above 8000 meters, at home and abroad. Nima Gyalzen Sherpa ( Executive Director )
Born on August 9, 1985 in Rollwaling, Gaurishankar VDC of Dolakha District, Nima Gyalzen Sherpa is recognized, mountaineer of Nepal. Known for his sense of responsibility and honesty, he was born and brought up at an altitude above 4200 m. Because of his origins, he grew up with the feeling of affinity with Himalayas. Currently, he is the Executive Director of Sherpa Khangri Outdoor (P) Ltd, a newly formed trekking and expedition agency. His career as a mountaineer began after he successfully ascended of Phacherma peak (6187m) in 2003. Sixth among eleven children (seven brothers and four sisters) to his father Tshering Norbu and mother Kinjum Sherpa, Nima Gyalzen Sherpa has successfully conquered world's highest peak Mt. Everest 8848m, 6 times (thrice from North side and thrice from South side).
Sherpa, who is not only passionate but also holds high regards for mountaineering has reached on the top of Mt. Manasalu (8163m) four times and twice on the top of Mt. Cho Oyu (8201m), and Mt. Amadabalam (6812m). His other successful ascents include, Mt. Lhotse (8516m), Mt. Shishapangma (8012m), and Mt. Annapurna I (8091m). On October 2014, he climbed the Mt. Himlung (7526m) and recently, on the spring of October, Mt. Mustagata (7546m - China). Continuing his mountaineering journey, he scaled the altitude of 8200m while climbing atop Mt. Kanchanjunga on 2012. Beside these heroic achievements Nima has also climbed Mera Peak, Island Peak, Lobuche Peak, Ramdung Peak and Chulu East Peak, all of which are above 6000m.
For his outstanding achievements on the field of mountaineering, Government of Nepal honored him with the title "Honorary Goodwill Ambassador" for “Nepal Tourism Year 2011".

Thaneswar Guragai, Born in the year of 1989 November 9 in Shankhusava District of eastern Nepal. Guragai holds Guinness World Records in 11 categories. Thaneswar completed his primary education from eastern least developed city of Dharan, Sunsari. Since he is little extrovert in attitude of doing something extra-new, used to organize and participate stage plays and acting while in school. He raised normally as ordinary child’s of Nepal but was fond of fishing in the hilly rivers, playing cricket with local made stuffs then footballing was on his childhood keen list. Being the youngest son among six children in family, was loving and raised with much care. Thaneswar Guragai entered in the capital city of Nepal, Kathmandu in 2006. The Kathmandu city which is still the dream city for many ordinary youths of rest of Nepalese territory was the life building platform for Guragai. He commenced his higher education from Brilliant Multiple College and now graduated with Business stream. While he had been motivated with his childhood's to do something amazing spirit, begun learning about Guinness World Records. Currently, working as a manager of Sherpa Khangri Outdoor he is also dedicated and interested in tourism sector. Thaneswar, who is mostly popular in peer group because of his sociable attitude and presenting something new talents. Spirit with optimism, Thaneswar Kept First World Record of Most Basketball Bounces in one Minute (444 times) in 2010.
Longest time Spinning Guinness Book on fingertip for 30.08 minute on 25th February, 2011.Most circles basketball around waist for 56 times in a half minute in April 4th. With this record. Guragai achieved hat trick of keeping records in a day (26th February 2012) which are, Fastest time to pass through Tennis Racket three times in 4.91 seconds, Most Pass Through Tennis Racket in a minute was 38 passes and then most pass through tennis racket in three minutes was 96 passes. Continuing his achievement, he set the record of “longest time spinning basketball on nose and on the head” and “Spinning basketball on toothbrush” 0n 2015 at the set of CCTV-1 in China.
Hardworking and believer of spiritual power never tired Guragai still preparing for some new 9 records. Nevertheless, already kept 11 records he aims to achieve his readiness on nearer future.
National fame and name then his own name in the world is best known aim within him.
Not only keeping own records, he also contributes selflessly for hunting new talents in the nation. being on the early of his 20s he already helped Chandra Bahadur Dangi, 72 to stand with the fame of World's Shortest Man in this planet. There are several other examples with him of exploring if there are something extra from his nation that can be extra-ordinary for rest of the world.
Finally, He aims to keep at least 51 records with the theme of 'love, Hospitality & Peace'

Kaji Sherpa Climbing Guide
Born on May 23 1985 Kaji Sherpa is recognized mountaineer and cyclist of Nepal. He has been working as a mountaineer and cyclist since 2007. Currently, he is a cycling guide and climbing Sherpa of Sherpa Khangri Outdoor (P) Ltd and highly involved in tourism sector of Nepal.
The winner of prestigious mountain biking challenge in 2008 Kaji Sherpa, has reached on the top of Mt. Everest six times (once from Tibet side; from 2007-2014) and once on the top of Mt. Manaslu (8163m), Mt. Annapurna (8091m) and Mt. Amadabalam (6812m). Beside this, his ascents include other peak above 6000m like Lobuche Peak (twice), Island Peak (8 times) and Mera Peak (32 times).
Pemba Rita Sherpa
Pemba Rita Sherpa comes from the remote mountain village of Gaurishankar VDc in Dolakha District of Nepal. Born and grown up in the Himalayan region of Nepal, Pemba Rita is well known name in mountaineer sector and has nearly 15 years experiences. Pemba's first ascent was in 2002 as he climber the world's height peak Mt. Everest 8848m. His dedication and passion to Himalayas has led him to made multiple summits of Mt. Everest along with the other giant mountain including Mt. Amadablam, Mt. Shishapangma, Mt. Dhaulagiri and Mt. Lhotse.
Pemba is a certified Aspirant Mountain Guide with good technical skills and confident. He has completed different course and training related to mountains and tourism. Due to his experiences and dedication Sherpa Khangri Outdoor feel glad to include him in the team.

Pemba Chhiring Sherpa ( born 17 Dec 1983) is an experienced, well known certified Aspirant Mountain Guide and climber of Nepal as he completed the course conducted by Nepal National Mountain Guide Association (NNMGA) and Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA). He was born and brought up at an altitude above 4200 in Rollwaling Village of Dolakha District. Because of his origins, he grew up with the feeling of affinity with mountains.
Pemba formally started his career as a mountaineer as he climber the world's top mountain Everest on 2001 with French Team via North side, Nepal. Till the date he has conquered many mountains including 12 ascent of Mt. Everest (8848m), twice of Mt. Amadablam(6812m), Mt. Lhotse (8516m), Mt. Cho Oyu (8201m), Mt. Manaslu (8156m) and once of Mt. Shishapangma (8013m).

Born on 1969 in the Rolwaling Village also known as mountain village, Beding VDC-1, Doakha District, Norbu Sherpa, a son of Late Tshering Dorjee an experience, honest and passionate mountain climber of Himalayan country Nepal. He spent his earlier days of his life in the laps of Himalayas i.e. Rolwaling village which is situated at an altitude of 4200m above sea level. Because of origins he has always been fond of it.
Norbu has been involved in this profession since 1991 and till the date he has made the multiple successful ascent of the world's highest peak Mt. Everest 8848m , Cho Oyu 8201m and Shishapangma 8013m. His ascents includes the summit of Mt. Lhotse 8616m, G II 8211m, Island Peak, Lobuche Peak, Ramdung Peak, Naya Kharka Peak, Kusung Kharka Peak and Mera Peak.
